This Privacy Policy explains how MoveForLess ("MoveForLess", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), which provides balikbayan box pickup and shipping from Canada to the Philippines.

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and username, provided when you register or place a booking.
• Booking & shipment details — pickup details, the consignee (recipient) information you enter, box and declaration details, and shipment status.
• Location information — with your permission, we use precise device location to support pickups and live shipment tracking. For courier users, location may be collected in the background while a pickup route is active so dispatch can share your live position. You can turn off location access at any time in your device settings.
• Photos — with your permission, photos you capture or attach (for example, proof-of-pickup or box photos).
• Device identifiers — a push-notification token and basic device information used to deliver notifications and operate the app.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service — create and manage bookings, schedule and complete pickups, and arrange shipping and delivery.
• To show you live tracking and send status updates and push notifications about your shipments.
• To communicate with you, provide customer support, and respond to your requests.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Service and to comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the Service:

• Couriers and agents who carry out pickups and deliveries.
